    The Business Outcomes Xcelerator (BOX) program is designed to accelerate the development of new, use case-specific solutions with end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and go-to-market through a structured, milestone-driven process.

    The Solution: BOX Program

    BOX is a structured AWS program designed to accelerate the development and launch of use case-specific software solutions through an end-to-end journey: from ideation and initial feasibility study to Minimum Viable Prodcut (MVP) delivery and go-to-market execution. Key benefits include:

    Program Structure

    The BOX program is structured into four phases over a flexible timeline based on partner readiness and scope:

    • Phase 0 – Alignment & Onboarding: Define scope, meet eligibility, onboard to AWS programs
    • Phase 1 – Product Ideation: Joint planning, architecture design, feasibility, and cost estimation
    • Phase 2 – MVP Build & Customer Pilots: Develop MVP, perform testing, and deliver to 5 pilot customers
    • Phase 3 – Validation & GTM: Complete AWS FTR, launch in AWS Marketplace, and activate GTM campaigns and engagment with up to 50 Sales Qualified Leads

    Costs are strongly reduced by AWS-provided financial support, including AWS service credits, partner funding, and co-marketing support. This makes the BOX program a low-risk, high-value opportunity for partners to unlock new business lines and accelerate solution development.
