You must deploy on a major cloud provider with near-total infrastructure-as-code coverage; manual 'click ops' is not accepted. You need CI/CD pipelines for deployments, and any deployment runners must be self-hosted inside the Knox boundary. Third-party components handling controlled data must be FedRAMP authorized at the same impact level.
The subscription supports FedRAMP Moderate, FedRAMP High, and DoD Impact Level 4 today. Impact Level 5 is on the roadmap. You inherit existing Authority to Operate approvals across these levels, so you do not need to secure your own federal agency sponsor.

Vendor refund policy
No refunds after purchase; a free compliance scan is provided. Annual subscriptions are final. Billing errors must be reported within 30 days for a full refund. Service disruptions failing 99.5% uptime SLA may qualify for service credits, not refunds. Refund requests must be submitted via AWS Marketplace Support and follow their terms. Customers should use the trial period to evaluate the software before purchase.
