    EVA is a voice biometric extension that allows organisations to implement voice identification & verification capabilities to their Amazon Connect service. EVA is the next-gen voice biometric capability that provides frictionless and delightful customer experience and improved security.

    Overview

    Powered by Auraya's patented ArmorVox engine, EVA is a voice biometric extension that provides secure and seamless identification & verification capabilities for Amazon Connect. EVA provides delightful customer experience by removing the friction of providing PINs, passwords or secret information in order to prove caller identity. EVA comes standard with active and passive modes and a simple yet powerful agent interface. This allows for personalised self-service and a more friendly and efficient experience when interacting with an agent.

    Outdated security methods such as PINs, passwords and security questions have become insecure and unreliable. Forgetting passwords and security answers or switching applications to access OTPs can result in inefficient and cumbersome customer experience. Time is wasted trying to verify customers with insecure methods.

    EVA works in English out of the box but can be configured to work in languages other than English. Recognising what specific digits are spoken using EVA's native speech recognition is only available for the English language out of the box.

    EVA has additional capabilities such as real-time fraud detection and digital channel enrolment and verification options that can be turned on with customisation services from Amazon Connect consulting partners.     EVA Software Stack

    Launches the EVA AWS stack which sets up the ArmorVox server with voice stream processing capabilities and configures a set of ready to use Amazon Connect flows that perform voice biometric enrolment and verification over the phone.

    AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances).     Follow the install and configuration guide (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZoZ1XzzyvCP7YPNq6ykNrb109U2OioNy/view ) to easily integrate your Amazon Connect instance. To connect to the operating system, use SSH and the username ec2-user. Please refer to the install and configuration guide ("EVA Setup Guide") for more information on configuration listed in additional resources.

    Auraya will provide two (2) hours of free implementation support to customers who deploy an EVA solution. If more hours of implementation support is required then implementation technical support can be purchased at Auraya's standard daily rate of USD 2,000.00 per day. Auraya provides free software support for EVA during Auraya's normal business hours if a fault in EVA's software is detected by a customer that causes EVA to stop working as advertised.
