Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

A resource represents a production resource in your factory, such as a manufacturing line or machine. Each resource is modeled with its own capacity calendar, run-rates, batch-sizes, and changeover matrix. You count the number of production resources you plan, then pick the tier that fits that range.
Each tier covers a set resource range. Micro_Starter fits fewer than 5, Micro_Standard covers 6-10, and Micro_Large covers 11-15. Growing beyond your range means moving to the tier that matches the new count. Tiers do not expand automatically, so plan your resource count against the range you need.
You pick one capacity tier and one support level. They bill together in your contract. The capacity tier reflects how many production resources you plan. The support level is separate: Default Support Option is free, while Enhanced Annual Support and Premium Annual Support add annual support charges on top of the tier.
