    Key Activities

    • Data Sources Assessment: Extraction of a comprehensive list of data sources utilized in all data management processes to be migrated using GenAI algorithms.
    • Data Processes Documentation: Detailed documentation of data management processes, including functional descriptions, execution frequency, users, data dependencies, and user/team cloud skills. Functional descriptions are partially generated using GenAI algorithms.
    • Migration Plan & Design: Cloud architecture design and migration to AWS Cloud roadmap, taking into consideration data dependencies, required integrations, and other relevant business contextual information.
    • Processes Migration and Orchestration: Actual migration of data management processes to AWS Cloud. This activity will also be facilitated by using GenAI to translate the code from SAS Base to the selected target programming language.
