LOOP, Lean Operations Optimizer is an AI-powered Lean Manufacturing software designed to digitalize daily management, tiered meetings (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3), and OEE tracking across manufacturing plants.
LOOP replaces spreadsheets, manual KPI dashboards, and disconnected production tools with a structured daily management system for manufacturing operations. It enables real-time OEE monitoring, production KPI tracking, downtime management, issue escalation, action management, and continuous improvement workflows.
Embedded Industrial AI agents support root cause analysis, detect deviations from standard work, and strengthen operational excellence programs.
Deploy as secure SaaS on AWS to accelerate Smart Factory, Digital Transformation, and Manufacturing AI initiatives.
Lean Operations Optimizer, or LOOP, is a robust plant wide operational platform designed to digitalize frontline activities, standardize daily management routines, and speed up issue resolution across all production lines and shifts. It replaces paper boards, spreadsheets, emails, and other fragmented tools with real time issue tracking, structured tier meetings, and consolidated KPI monitoring. This approach provides full operational visibility and enables faster, more consistent decision making across teams and departments. The intuitive user experience allows issues to be recorded immediately and in a structured way, removing manual note taking and ensuring that no problem is overlooked or left unresolved.
Designed to scale across multiple plants and shifts, LOOP integrates AI driven workflows that help standardize KPIs and accountability, reduce meeting time through automation, and support advanced problem solving practices such as digital A3, Five Why analysis, and Kaizen. With AI based recommendations and cross plant knowledge sharing, the platform accelerates continuous improvement initiatives, reduces downtime, and improves key performance indicators such as OEE, delivering tangible gains in efficiency and productivity.
As a central component of the Decisyon smart manufacturing portfolio, LOOP redefines how factories manage daily Lean operations by combining real time visibility, AI powered insights, and enterprise grade scalability. It provides manufacturing teams with a single modern platform to support daily execution, strengthen collaboration, and drive continuous improvement at scale.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract charges you per plant, not per user. You buy one price for each plant you bring into scope. Pricing scales with the number of plants you enroll, so broad shop-floor adoption within a plant does not raise the cost. To expand, you add more plants under the same per-plant structure. Billing runs on an annual commitment term. Your final quote also depends on scope factors such as production lines, connectivity level, and integration depth.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one plant for billing purposes?
A plant is one physical manufacturing site you bring into scope. You pay one price per plant enrolled, regardless of how many operators, supervisors, or team members use the software there. The count reflects sites, not users or production lines within a site.
Does the per-plant price change based on production lines or system connections?
The plant count sets the base unit. Your final quote also reflects scope factors: the number of production lines, connectivity level to machines and sensors, and integration depth with your existing systems. More lines or deeper connectivity can raise the quoted price per plant.
How does my cost change if I add more plants later?
You start with one or two plants and add more under the same per-plant structure as you standardize. Each added plant carries its own price. Expansion is manual — you enroll new plants into scope rather than triggering an automatic upgrade.
