Bluescape is committed to provide customers with refunds of any prepaid unused fees wherein the applicable legal agreement is terminated due to: (i) Bluescape's breach of the terms and conditions, (ii) Bluescape's termination of the agreement due to an infringement claim, or (iii) a force majeure event.
