The purpose of the asssessment is to:

• Establish a baseline for clients current AI maturity across multiple dimensions
• Identify organizational strengths and areas for improvement in AI readiness
• Create a foundation for strategic AI investment decisions and prioritization

Our framework assesses enterprises in the following 6 areas:

• Organization: TWe evaluate your leadership's commitment, strategic alignment, and the operational structure for AI initiatives. We help you define a vision and strategy that can be executed using AWS's expansive suite of tools, from Amazon Bedrock for foundation models to Amazon SageMaker for building and deploying machine learning models.
• Data Readiness: This dimension assesses your data quality, accessibility, and the underlying infrastructure. We identify if your data is ready for AI deployment, and we recommend solutions using AWS services like AWS Glue for data integration and Amazon S3 for scalable, secure data storage. This ensures you have a robust data foundation for any AI project.
• Technology: We review your current technology stack to ensure it can support scalable AI solutions. We also look at your infrastructure's ability to handle AI workloads and recommend appropriate AWS services to enable rapid scaling.
• Talent: This dimension focuses on skills development, training, and recruitment for AI expertise. We assess the skills and expertise of your team and identify gaps in AI knowledge.
• Operations: This dimension examines process automation and scalable AI deployment across the enterprise.
• Governance: We evaluate your policies, compliance, ethics, and risk management practices for AI. We help you establish a responsible AI framework using AWS services like Amazon SageMaker Clarify to detect bias and explain model predictions, ensuring your AI initiatives are secure, compliant, and ethically sound.
