AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract-based service bills across three separate dimensions that follow the project lifecycle. You pay a one-time Initial Setup Fee to onboard the product configurator. During the build phase, you pay the Subscription Fees - During Initial Implementation on a monthly basis. Once the solution is live, billing shifts to the Subscription Fees - Post Go Live, charged monthly as your ongoing running cost. These dimensions are sequential stages rather than tiers you choose between. Together they cover setup, implementation, and steady-state operation of the SymbioSys Product Configurator-as-a-Service.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
When does the Initial Setup Fee apply, and is it a one-time or recurring charge?
The Initial Setup Fee is a one-time charge to onboard the product configurator. You pay it once at the start. The two subscription dimensions are recurring monthly charges that follow afterward, so the setup fee does not repeat month to month.
How do the two monthly subscription dimensions relate — do I pay both at the same time?
No. The two monthly fees apply in sequence, not together. You pay the Subscription Fees - During Initial Implementation while the solution is being built. Once it goes live, that charge stops and the Subscription Fees - Post Go Live begins. Only one monthly subscription applies at any given stage.
What does the Post Go Live monthly subscription cover once the configurator is running?
It covers steady-state operation of the product configurator after launch. This includes the ready-to-use APIs and SDKs for computing premiums, generating illustrations, and validating captured data. It supports availability across web and offline mobile apps in connected and disconnected modes. It is your ongoing running cost.
