OrbViz offers three contract tiers that scale by capacity. Essentials covers 1 application and 1 admin user. Advanced covers 3 applications and 10 admin users. Enterprise covers 6 applications and 20 admin users. As you move up the tiers, you get more applications and more admin users. You pick the tier based on how many applications you need to run and how many people will administer them.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one application for the tier limits?
An application is one report platform you build and publish. You connect your data, create a template, and generate reports from it. Each tier caps how many separate applications you can run. Essentials allows 1, Advanced allows 3, and Enterprise allows 6. You can produce many reports within each application.
What does the admin user count control, and how does it differ between tiers?
An admin user is someone who builds and manages reports and oversees team permissions. Essentials includes 1 admin, Advanced includes 10, and Enterprise includes 20. This count limits how many people can create and control content, not how many stakeholders can view your published reports.
What happens if I outgrow my tier's application or admin user limits?
You move to a tier that fits your needs. Advanced raises the caps to 3 applications and 10 admins. Enterprise raises them to 6 applications and 20 admins. Each tier is a fixed contract with set limits, so you pick the tier that matches your current capacity requirements.
