CloudBilling 360 is a Deloitte built, GenAI FinOps solution that simplifies cloud cost management for enterprises. CloudBilling 360 allows for seamless visualization, optimization, and cost control at scale. It leverages AI-driven cost predictions, delivers valuable insights for cost savings, and automates their implementation. This is a FinOps Foundation certified platform that leverages AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude LLM to provide cloud spend insights and recommendations CB 360 is a full stack, FinOps tool. It provides default dashboards, which include a wide range of KPIs/metrics which can suit multiple personas. Users can also develop custom dashboards and have real-time cost visibility. A user can group the connections from various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and can get a holistic view of cloud spend.
CB 360 imports the cost optimization recommendations from CSP such as waste management, consumption management and purchase tactics and will perform risk profiling to categorize them into low, medium, and high-risk categories and sets the prioritization.
It has integration to ServiceNow and JIRA to create tickets for these recommendations which helps to bring the governance into cloud FinOps. The tool has a GenAI powered chatbot which can be used for quick access to cloud financial data, reports and has support for all major LLMs.
The solution can be tailored to meet the business needs of the enterprise. Deloitte will support with solution deployment and post deployment support to accelerate the cloud value realization journey for the enterprise.

Secure authentication through API keys and secret to ensure that only authorized users have access to client confidential cloud spend and billing data. Users can integrate into existing business processes and toolsets such as Jira and Datadog.

You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Vendor support
There are two support tiers available to buyers.
Standard Support includes comprehensive user training through full-day virtual sessions, covering unique features, roles, configuration, and typical use cases of the application. Extensive online user and deployment guides are documented and reviewed during training. A 24/7 Deloitte Managed Customer Support Portal is available for logging and tracking issues. Incident management support is provided from 8 am to 5 pm ET, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, with service levels mapped to issue severity (1-4). Users also receive access to software updates, including break-fix, new features, and security updates, along with instructions and support for implementation.
Premier Support, available at an additional cost, includes all features of the Standard Support tier plus enhanced services. Users gain access to a Customer Success Manager for up to 8 hours per month for consultations on product, licensing, and new requirements. Additionally, they receive up to 8 hours per month of FinOps consulting with a practitioner group, focusing on product configuration and leading FinOps practices.
