L'équipe de support client est très amicale, serviable et très patiente avec notre équipe alors que nous continuons à apprendre à utiliser la plateforme.
Il existe un bon nombre d'options pour les types de formation qui peuvent être pris en charge et les capacités d'évaluation sont également très agréables et faciles à mettre en œuvre.
Les articles d'aide sont également un peu insuffisants - ils sont de bonnes introductions aux fonctionnalités de base mais omettent beaucoup d'informations pour une aide plus technique. Par exemple, un article sur la configuration de l'intégration Credly dans le menu de gamification n'a jamais précisé ce qui se passe si l'activité/le parcours est désactivé, ou si la gamification est désactivée - deux actions différentes de la plateforme qui nous ont coûté le remplacement de 12 000 badges.
Les changements dans la façon dont les choses s'affichent ou fonctionnent sur la plateforme sont parfois déployés sans préavis et parfois sans explication suffisante, ce qui donne l'impression de ne pas avoir été prévenus. Nous avons récemment constaté que certaines pages s'affichaient incorrectement et nous ne pouvions pas expliquer pourquoi elles ne s'affichaient pas correctement. Lorsque nous avons contacté l'équipe de support, on nous a informés qu'un changement dans la plateforme avait été déployé sans être identifié dans la newsletter et notre équipe a dû modifier du code dans la plateforme pour rétablir l'affichage nécessaire.
