The West Loop Strategy Amazon Quick AI Usage & Governance Dashboard gives Amazon Quick administrators a purpose-built view of how Amazon Quick's Agentic AI features are being adopted and used across their organization.
The solution helps security, compliance, cloud, FinOps, and business teams monitor Amazon Quick AI activity, review user interactions, understand adoption, track consumption, and identify operational issues from a centralized dashboard.
This product is provided at no software charge and is fulfilled through AWS Marketplace using AWS CloudFormation. It is not a vendor-hosted SaaS application. The CloudFormation template deploys the dashboard, datasets, data sources, and supporting AWS resources directly into the customer's AWS account.
Dashboard Coverage
The deployed Amazon Quick Sight dashboard includes 10 sheets:
1. Summary: High-level adoption, usage, and performance across Amazon Quick Agentic AI capabilities. 2. Agents: Agent activity, user engagement, and adoption patterns. 3. Chat Logs: User inputs, corresponding Quick responses, conversation details, and recurring questions or issues. 4. Flows: Flow activity, user engagement, and the flows supporting the most interactions. 5. Flows Usage: Usage hours consumed by Quick flows, including activity by user and resource and usage exceeding included limits. 6. Research Usage: Quick research activity and usage by user, resource, and time period. **7. Automations: **Automation activity, usage patterns, and automated workload trends. 8. Index and Knowledge Sources: Indexed content, storage, document volumes, and knowledge source trends. 9. Knowledge Base File Sync: File synchronization status, document availability, and failed or skipped synchronization activity. **10. Chat Feedback: **Positive and negative user feedback, feedback trends, and opportunities to improve response quality and usefulness.
Deployment
Subscribe through AWS Marketplace and launch the provided AWS CloudFormation template. The template deploys and configures the supporting resources required for the dashboard, including Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, Amazon Quick Sight data sources and datasets, and the Amazon Quick Sight dashboard. AWS Services

Example Use Case
An organization is expanding Amazon Quick across multiple teams and needs to understand how employees are using its AI capabilities.
Security and compliance teams need to review chat interactions. Platform owners want to understand agent, flow, research, and automation adoption. FinOps teams need visibility into usage consumption. Administrators also need to identify knowledge base synchronization failures and understand how indexed content is changing.
Instead of working directly with individual logs and usage records, the organization can deploy this dashboard to provide these teams with a centralized view of Amazon Quick AI usage and governance data.
