    GEN Intelligence Suite

     Info
    Deployed on AWS
GEN Intelligence Suite turns investigative video into text an analyst can read. GEN CLARITY segments a video into scenes, classifies what each one contains with tags and timestamps, then writes a narrative description of the frames it surfaces. One asynchronous REST API call returns both the structure and the text, billed per video processed. Built and operated by Global Emancipation Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Detection tells you something is there. GEN Intelligence Suite tells you what it is.

An analyst facing a queue of seized or reported video has to watch it to know what it holds. GEN Intelligence Suite converts that video into a structured, readable record, so a queue can be cleared by skimming text and a file is opened only when the description says it needs to be.

GEN CLARITY - Content Language AI for Rapid Investigation and Triage - chapters a video and describes it. It segments the video into scenes, classifies what each segment contains with tags and timestamps, and picks out the frames worth describing, then writes narrative, law-enforcement-appropriate description text for those frames. Segmentation and description run as a single job.

How it works. An asynchronous REST API. Create a job with a filename and byte size to get a job ID and a presigned S3 URL. Upload the video bytes straight to S3; none of that traffic passes through our API. Submit the job, poll it, and read back a structured result: segments, timestamps, classifications, the description text and a download URL. There is no infrastructure of ours for you to operate.

Analysts read instead of watch. A queue cleared by skimming text costs less to clear, and reviewers absorb less of what they do not need to see.

Decisions you can defend later. Every job returns a structured record tied to the file it came from. That is what an audit, a regulator or a court asks for after the fact.

Fits the pipeline you already run. Descriptions and segment tags feed a policy engine, a search index or a case management system directly. Billing is per video processed, and a job that fails costs nothing.

Where the money goes. GEN Intelligence is operated by the Global Emancipation Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. For more than ten years we have been the connective tissue between 200+ law enforcement agencies, commercial platforms, clearinghouses and academic partners. What you spend here funds the infrastructure under-resourced agencies cannot build alone, and we make it free to the agencies that cannot pay for it.

    Highlights

    • Video, chaptered and described. GEN CLARITY segments a video into scenes, classifies what each one contains with tags and timestamps, and writes narrative description text for the frames it surfaces. An analyst works out what a file holds by reading rather than watching it.
    • One asynchronous REST API, billed per video. Create a job, upload the bytes straight to S3, poll, then read back segments, timestamps, classifications and description text as a structured record. No infrastructure of ours to operate, and a job that fails costs nothing.
    • Operated by a nonprofit, priced to fund the mission. Global Emancipation Network is a 501(c)(3) that has spent more than ten years connecting 200+ law enforcement agencies, platforms, clearinghouses and academic partners. What you spend here funds the same infrastructure for agencies that cannot pay for it.

    Dimensions summary

This product uses one usage-based pricing dimension: you pay per video. You are charged one unit for each video the service successfully describes, no matter the file size. A job that fails costs nothing. There are no tiers, instance sizes, or upfront commitments. Usage is reported through AWS Marketplace and appears on your AWS invoice, so there is no separate billing to set up. Pricing scales directly with the number of videos you process.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

You are charged one unit for each video the service successfully describes, no matter its file size. A job that fails costs nothing. Uploads are capped at 500 MB per video. Each video runs through the pipeline as one job, so units track directly with successfully processed videos.
No. You pay only when a video is successfully described. A failed job costs nothing. The processing worker switches off when idle and wakes when you create or submit a job. That startup time does not add a separate charge; you still pay per successfully described video only.
A job that fails costs nothing, so retrying it carries no prior charge. You are metered only when a video reaches the successfully described state. If your first attempt fails and a later attempt succeeds, you pay one unit for the successful run.
