AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Denali-CCX uses a single contract-based pricing option: Premium Government SaaS, billed in units. You buy the number of units your agency needs, and the total scales with that unit count. This is a fully managed mobility service delivered as SaaS, so there are no separate tiers or add-ons to combine. Subscriptions run on a contract term, with fees due in advance and full-term commitment required. To adjust the scale, you change the quantity of units purchased under the contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Premium Government SaaS Support cover?
A unit represents your agency's subscription to the managed mobility service. It covers device management, application control, endpoint security, and lifecycle operations delivered as a fully managed cloud service. You buy the number of units your agency needs, and the total scales with that count.
If we start or stop the service partway through the term, does our cost change?
No. Subscriptions are sold as full-term agreements, and fees cover the entire period regardless of actual use. Pro-rated licenses are not offered. Starting mid-term or discontinuing early still requires payment for the full term as stated in the order document.
What service availability commitment applies to this managed SaaS?
The vendor commits to at least 99.95% monthly uptime per billing cycle. If uptime falls between 95.0% and 99.94%, you may claim a service credit of 5% of the monthly fee. Below 95.0%, the credit is 10%. Credits are the sole remedy and require a request within 30 days.
