Improved Network Performance and Operational Efficiency

    Reviewed on Jun 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
OpManager Nexus provides a centralized and unified view of the entire IT infrastructure, making it easy to monitor networks, servers, applications, and security devices from a single dashboard. The real-time monitoring, customizable alerts, and intuitive reporting help identify and resolve issues quickly, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency. Its user-friendly interface, extensive device support, and strong integration capabilities make it a valuable tool for proactive infrastructure management.
What do you dislike about the product?
"While OpManager Nexus provides centralized monitoring and simplifies multi-site network management, the user interface can sometimes feel complex for new administrators. Advanced reporting and dashboard customization options could be more intuitive, and troubleshooting large-scale deployments may require additional documentation and training. Performance can also be improved when managing a very large number of devices."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpManager Nexus solves the challenge of monitoring and managing multiple geographically distributed networks from a single centralized console. It provides unified visibility of network devices, performance, availability, and alerts across all locations. This has helped our IT team reduce monitoring effort, improve incident response times, simplify troubleshooting, and ensure higher network uptime. The centralized dashboard and reporting capabilities also enable better operational control and more efficient resource management."

One of the Best Network Monitoring Tools with Clear Dashboards and Reports

    Reviewed on Jun 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
OP Manager is one of the best network monitoring tools based on my experience. This tool helps us monitor multiple network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and more. With it, I can also get device metric reports and a clear dashboard view, so I can quickly understand the whole environment within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Device integration is not an easy process. When I add a Windows Server in OP manager, I can’t connect using the IP address or password. Instead, it asks for SNMP credentials, so it feels like a different way of approaching OP manager than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We face both internal and external audits, so we need to submit network device reports. We also need alerts if any device goes down. For these monitoring and reporting needs, we chose OP manager. After configuring OP manager, our process has become shorter and more streamlined.

Ops Manager Nexus Feels Like a Second Brain for Operations

    Reviewed on Jun 18, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Ops Manager Nexus is the first ops tool I’ve used that doesn’t feel like extra work. Setup was quick, the workflow is intuitive, and within about 30 seconds I can see what’s stuck, who’s overloaded, and what’s moving. It genuinely feels like having a second brain for operations, and I actually enjoy using it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop version is solid, but on mobile it’s slow and clunky. Hard to approve stuff quickly when you’re on site/in the field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem it solves:Chaos—tasks, updates, and reports scattered everywhere, with you constantly chasing people for status.

    Benefit to me
    1. Clarity- You can see what’s stuck or delayed in a single dashboard.
    2. Time back - Automations and auto-reports mean less admin work and less chasing.
    3. Control - You can spot issues early, instead of firefighting later.
