It delivers real-time network visibility, saves time on automated network and configuration backups provides a IT infrastructure in a single dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the licensing costs are quite high for smaller deployments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing downtime before using it our team could jump to different networks or separate tools to monitor servers or applications, the benefit is that the single pane of glass consolidates our entire hybrid network and application.

OpManager Nexus Delivers Powerful Full-Stack, Single-Pane Monitoring at Enterprise Scale

    Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Single-pane-of-glass monitoring – I can monitor networks, servers, applications, traffic, configurations, and security-related information from one console.

Full-stack observability – It helps correlate issues across different layers of the IT stack, which makes root-cause analysis much faster.

operations – Built-in AI/ML capabilities assist with anomaly detection, event correlation, and faster incident resolution.

Enterprise scalability – It’s suitable for large environments with thousands of devices and interfaces.

Hybrid infrastructure support – It works across on-premises, virtual, cloud, and containerized environments, which is important for modern enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature depth vs. specialized tools – While Nexus spans many operational domains, more specialized solutions can still provide deeper, more mature capabilities in specific areas. If an organization has advanced APM, SIEM, or observability requirements, it may still prefer to use dedicated products alongside Nexus rather than relying on Nexus alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility across the IT stack – Consolidates network, server, application, and infrastructure monitoring into a single platform.

Slow root-cause analysis – Correlates data from different systems to help IT teams identify the source of issues more quickly.

Tool sprawl and operational complexity – Reduces the need to manage multiple disconnected monitoring solutions, which helps simplify day-to-day operations.

Unexpected outages and performance degradation – Uses monitoring, alerting, and AI-driven insights to detect anomalies before they impact users.

Hybrid environment management challenges – Provides visibility across on-premises, virtual, cloud, and containerized infrastructure.

OpManager Nexus: Unified, User-Friendly Monitoring with Fast Alerts and Smart Automation

    Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about OpManager Nexus is that it brings network and infrastructure monitoring into one clear, user-friendly platform. The interface is well organised, making it easier to view device health, alerts, performance trends, and potential problems without switching between multiple screens. Its integrations help connect different parts of the IT environment, while the monitoring performance is reliable and alerts are delivered quickly. From a pricing and return-on-investment perspective, it can reduce troubleshooting time and improve team productivity by helping administrators identify issues before they become serious. The onboarding process is manageable, and the available support and documentation make configuration easier. I also appreciate the intelligent monitoring and automation capabilities, which help prioritise alerts, reduce repetitive work, and support faster decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about OpManager Nexus is that the initial setup and configuration can feel complex, especially when adding many devices, integrations, and custom monitoring rules. The interface contains a lot of information, so new users may need time to understand the dashboards and navigation. Performance can also depend on the size of the environment and how well the system is configured. Some advanced features may require additional licensing, which can increase the overall cost. Although the documentation is helpful, more guided onboarding and simpler explanations of the AI-driven insights would improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpManager Nexus helps solve the problem of managing multiple network devices, servers, applications, and alerts across different tools. It gives me one central place to monitor performance, identify outages, and investigate issues before they seriously affect users. Real-time alerts and performance reports reduce the time spent manually checking systems, while automation helps minimise repetitive monitoring tasks. This has improved response times, reduced downtime, and made it easier to prioritise critical problems and use IT resources more efficiently.

Improved Network Performance and Operational Efficiency

    Reviewed on Jun 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
OpManager Nexus provides a centralized and unified view of the entire IT infrastructure, making it easy to monitor networks, servers, applications, and security devices from a single dashboard. The real-time monitoring, customizable alerts, and intuitive reporting help identify and resolve issues quickly, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency. Its user-friendly interface, extensive device support, and strong integration capabilities make it a valuable tool for proactive infrastructure management.
What do you dislike about the product?
"While OpManager Nexus provides centralized monitoring and simplifies multi-site network management, the user interface can sometimes feel complex for new administrators. Advanced reporting and dashboard customization options could be more intuitive, and troubleshooting large-scale deployments may require additional documentation and training. Performance can also be improved when managing a very large number of devices."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpManager Nexus solves the challenge of monitoring and managing multiple geographically distributed networks from a single centralized console. It provides unified visibility of network devices, performance, availability, and alerts across all locations. This has helped our IT team reduce monitoring effort, improve incident response times, simplify troubleshooting, and ensure higher network uptime. The centralized dashboard and reporting capabilities also enable better operational control and more efficient resource management."
