Flatiron Generative AI Proof-of-Concept (PoC) gives enterprises and SMBs a fast, structured way to validate and demonstrate Generative AI solutions. Our AWS-certified team leverages services like Amazon Bedrock (including Amazon Nova, Claude, and Llama) and Amazon SageMaker to build and fine-tune foundation models tailored to your needs. Over an 8-week engagement, we assess your GenAI objectives, identify the highest-value use case, and validate your business case. The PoC is securely delivered within your AWS environment for compliance, security, and easy integration. After the engagement, you receive a working prototype, an executive feasibility report, and a clear, actionable roadmap. Customers who complete the PoC may qualify for AWS PoC funding, typically covering up to 10 percent of costs, capped at $25,000. This PoC is a strong first step toward deploying a scalable Generative AI solution, including options like a GenAI MVP or a full-scale Flatiron Foundry implementation.
