Vendor refund policy
Refund requests must be submitted through AWS Marketplace Support. Buyers may request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase. After that period, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. LionSilica may approve a prorated refund for a verified material service failure that remains uncured for 30 days after written notice. Contact LionSilica@LHRED.com .
