DataGym is a subscription-based consulting service that helps small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) accelerate digital transformation using data, AI, and automation. You are paired with a dedicated expert—your ‘Personal Trainer’—who provides hands-on support from diagnostics through implementation. With flexible monthly packages, DataGym empowers your team to modernize operations, build internal data capabilities, and drive measurable improvements—leveraging the scalability and power of AWS technology.

Subscription models:

1. START – $5,000/month. This is for you if you are just starting to explore data-driven improvements.

• Access to ‘Personal Trainer’.
• Monthly consultation and diagnostic session.
• Standard reporting tools and dashboards.
• 115 credits per month.

2. GROWTH – $10,000/month. This is for you if you want to solve more complex problems with your data.

• Access to ‘Personal Trainer’ and a team of Consultants and Engineers.
• Bi-weekly consultations and workshops.
• Custom BI dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Additional support for implementing automation or AI solutions.
• 250 credits per month.

3. SCALE – $20,000/month. This is for you if you want to scale your business with advanced data and AI solutions.

• Access to ‘Personal Trainer’ and a full team of Consultants and Engineers.
• Weekly consultations and proactive strategy sessions.
• Custom BI dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Advanced AI-driven solutions, advanced analytics, and integration with ERP systems.
• 550 credits per month.

Each credit grants access to specialized expertise and technical resources. Here is how credits can be strategically allocated:

• 3 Credits / hour: Analyst (A junior resource, great for simple tasks in engineering and analytics.)
• 4 Credits / hour: Consultant, Business Analyst, Software Engineer (The doer for most problems. Implements your solutions and gets stuff done.)
• 6 Credits / hour: Data Scientist, Sr. Consultant, Sr. Engineer, Sr. Business Analyst (Analyzing your problems and finding the best solutions - this is where our Senior resources are at home.)
• 7 Credits / hour: Expert Consultant, Specialist, Sr. Data Scientist (Use our experts for the hardest problems, complex AI solutions or predictive analytics — our experts bring what you need.)
• 10 Credits / hour: Executive Consultant (If you want to work directly with our executive team, great if you need executive or board coaching and consulting.)

How DataGym works:

• Free consultation: consultation with one of our 'Personal Trainers' to understand SMBs' current challenges and define initial goals.
• Kick off meeting: get matched with a dedicated 'Personal Trainer' who works closely with SMBs (Certain membership tiers also provide access to team of Consultants and Engineers).
• Diagnostic: analyze SMBs' current processes, data and IT systems and identify their biggest pain points.
• Post-diagnostic: high level targets identified and current state assessed. Initial transformation roadmap developed, with a quick-win initiative selected for immediate implementation.
• Implementation (within 30 days): develop and implement first data-driven solutions.
• Ongoing Improvement Roadmap: every month, we review progress and optimize new areas while empowering SMBs through coaching and training creating internal 'data champions'.
