Cloud Readiness and Adoption Workshop for SMB's

One Linkage provides cloud readiness workshops for SMB's in various incubators/accelerators. SMB's needs vary depending on where they are in the cloud adoption journey. However, their main goal is to leverage cloud to build, simplify and reduce cost of operations. These SMB's believe leveraging the cloud will provide more time to focus on core business activities. They are motivated to transition to the cloud when experiencing growth. They either build their own products or leverage other applications or seek to gain further understand on how cloud works and how to improve operations by leveraging the cloud. Their level of cloud readiness differs however they all need to understand how AWS cloud can support them in their journey to achieve the following: Reduce costs Improve productivity Implement compliance and security best practice Reach new customers Reduce time to market Differentiate their businesses. Individual SMB assessments will be done on a needs basis to determine whether there is a need for additional professional services to support the SMB's to achieve their business goals through cloud adoption.
