IDP solution leverages multiple AWS services to provide data extraction and processing capabilities for documents. It integrates with AWS Textract and AWS Comprehend services for data extraction use cases using various inbuilt or custom models. Users can train custom models for OCR capability and implement custom components for document imaging solution. These custom components can be developed using any APIs and integrate with AWS services using lambda functions. IDP solution also provides flexibility to integrate with other applications/tools using API Gateway. AWS S3 is used for storing documents and DocumentDB is used as database to store document metadata and application configurations.
