Overview
We embed Product Managers and Product Owners into delivery teams building products on AWS. They work alongside your tech leads and engineers to define and sequence the work, own the roadmap and backlog, run feature discovery, and manage the feedback loop between pilot users and the engineering team.
On AI and data platforms, this also covers the evaluation datasets and success measures used to judge model effectiveness, and the sequencing of work on semantic layers and learning loops.
What is Included
- A named Product Manager or Product Owner embedded in your team, working to your ways of working, ceremonies and tooling.
- Ownership of the roadmap, backlog, discovery and delivery sequencing for one product or platform.
- Rollout support, including feedback capture from pilot users, triage back to engineering, and updates to the business.
- Definition and upkeep of the evaluation datasets and success measures for the platform.

Engagement Model Engagements are sold in units of one Product Manager or one Product Owner for one month, and are typically six months or longer. Clients can add or reduce units as the team changes. Pricing is agreed directly with you and delivered through a private offer, with the contract duration and payment schedule, including monthly instalments, set to suit your budget cycle.
Any AWS infrastructure your teams consume is billed separately by AWS and is not included in this service.
