You buy this as a contract, and the four packages form a tiered structure based on identifiers. Each tier builds on the one below it. Starter (Hosts) provides the base package plus 75 identifiers. Essentials (Hosts) adds 400 identifiers on top of Starter. Core (Hosts) adds 800 identifiers on top of Essentials. Enterprise (Hosts) adds 4,000 identifiers on top of Core. Identifiers are the units monitored for credential and identity exposure. As your monitoring needs grow, you move to a higher tier with more identifiers included.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one identifier for billing?
An identifier is a monitored data point tied to identity or credential exposure, such as an employee login or account. The platform watches these across dark web marketplaces, forums, and stealer log data. Each package includes a fixed count of identifiers you can monitor.
If I outgrow my identifier count, does the next tier add to my current one or replace it?
Each tier builds on the one below and includes a larger identifier total. Moving up replaces your current allotment with the higher tier's full count. For example, Essentials gives you Starter plus 400 identifiers, and Core gives you Essentials plus 800. You upgrade to the tier matching your monitoring needs.
What is included with the base package beyond the identifiers I monitor?
The base package covers exposed credential and stealer log monitoring, dark web tracking of access brokers, and automated validation and remediation workflows. It also includes API access to embed exposure data into your security workflows. Identifier counts set how many identities you can watch under each tier.
