AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Meridian-CCX uses a single contract dimension: Premium Government SaaS Support, billed in units. You buy this as a subscription commitment rather than by usage or hourly rates. Units let you scale your purchase to match the size of your deployment. The product is delivered as a fully managed SaaS solution, so you access it without managing the underlying infrastructure. Subscriptions run for a set term, with fees paid in advance. Because only one dimension exists, there are no tiers or add-ons to compare; you select the quantity of units your agency needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Premium Government SaaS Support map to?
The unit represents a licensed quantity of the managed portal service tied to your deployment scope. Your order document defines the scope, authorized users, and technical configuration. You buy the number of units that match your agency's size and use, since the service is fully managed with no infrastructure for you to run.
How does the subscription commitment work, and can I pay for only part of a term?
Subscriptions run for a set term, usually at least one year, with fees due in advance before the license activates. The vendor does not offer pro-rated licenses. If you start mid-term or stop early, you still pay the full term. Early termination may add fees.
What performance commitment comes with this managed SaaS support?
The service targets a monthly uptime of at least 99.95%. If uptime falls below that, you can request service credits applied to future invoices. Credits are the only remedy. Outages from scheduled maintenance, your own systems, or third-party providers are excluded from the calculation.
