AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose one plan based on the monthly broadcast minutes you expect to use. Each plan includes a set number of minutes per month. The Essential Outreach Plan and Expanded Outreach Plan both let you go over your monthly minutes, charging a per-minute rate for any overage. The Expanded Outreach Plan includes more monthly minutes and a lower overage rate. The Forever Free Sandbox includes a smaller monthly minute allowance, limits you to three unique phone numbers, and does not permit any overage usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one minute for billing across these plans?
A minute measures the audio you broadcast to listeners over the phone. The platform connects live or recorded audio to landlines, flip phones, and smartphones. Detailed logs show who listened and for how long. Your included monthly minutes cover this broadcast usage, and overage rates apply once you pass the included amount.
What happens if I use more minutes than my plan includes in a month?
The Essential Outreach Plan and Expanded Outreach Plan bill each extra minute at a per-minute overage rate once you pass your monthly allowance. The Expanded Outreach Plan has a lower overage rate. The Forever Free Sandbox does not allow overage, so you cannot broadcast beyond its included monthly minutes.
What limits does the Forever Free Sandbox place on my usage?
The Forever Free Sandbox includes 360 minutes per month and caps you at three unique phone numbers. You cannot exceed the included minutes, since no overage is permitted. The paid plans remove the three-number limit and allow overage billing when you pass your included minutes.
