What do you like best about the product?
Consolidates every aspect of team management, leave management, payslips, IT declaration etc into one tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky UI and very buggy. UI looks like a school project. Sometimes some features don't even work as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was struggling to track the leaves of my team. Previous tool we used didn't have the option to track half days. This tool did and with various other options. Made life easy and team's bandwidth could be managed well in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is great, and it’s very easy to use. I’ve been using it for more than a year, and I haven’t faced any issues so far. The dashboard also integrates performance reviews, so it is easy to track that as well. One can also link other portals like payroll within it for ease of access.
What do you dislike about the product?
For first-time users, it can be a bit complicated to understand its functionality, since it seems to be doing a lot of things at once. Another drawback is the lack of any AI integration, which makes it feel less modern than it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly functions as an ERP system and helps me keep track of things like performance overviews, attendance, leave, and in-and-out timings.

What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox helps me manage HRMS tasks along with job postings and candidate details, all within one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attendance system has to be updated manually, and I have to enter each date one by one, which is a bit tedious. It doesn’t auto-adjust the dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to use a single software solution for HRMS, job postings, and candidate applications.

Centralized HR Processes with Efficient Mobile Access

What do you like best about the product?
I initially liked how Darwinbox's interface felt cleaner and easier. The best part is how many HR processes are centralized in this one platform, instead of using separate tools or long email processes for things like lead management, attendance, approvals, pay, leaves, and employer records. Most things are accessible in one place, which is very convenient. The mobile app experience is also quite convenient, especially for quickly checking new balances, whether approvals are received or not, holiday calendars for checking upcoming holidays, or reimbursement status. From an employee's perspective, it reduces the dependency on HR teams for smaller routine tasks since a lot of information is available directly on the platform. This saves time for both employees and HR departments. The approval workflows are also fairly smooth, allowing managers and employees to complete tasks, raise, or provide approvals quickly without unnecessary follow-ups. The setup was pretty straightforward, and our analyst team was efficient in setting it up, so it was good to go from day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional glitches or delays during peak usage periods, especially around appraisal cycles or reimbursement deadlines. Some sections require navigating through multiple menus before reaching the desired page, which increases the time to raise a specific request. The reporting and analytics options could be more flexible for managers who want customized views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwinbox centralizes HR processes, reducing dependency on HR teams. It saves time with direct information access and smooth approval workflows, minimizing follow-ups.
