Professional Services for Onesait SCADA

Our Onesait SCADA implementation service is fully customizable by our customers depending on the project needs. We a complete service package divided in 10 modules that can be quoted in different service levels (bronze, silver, gold). Our accelerator can be deployed in AWS with previous experience in projects like with Energuate. Service Modules:

1. Planning: include develop the detailed project plan, establish project milestones, elaborate quality assurance and test plan, identify project team members and discuss project reporting activities.
2. Design: include review the customer requirements, assess customer’s IT and OT environments, survey existing interfaces for front end and field devices, develop detailed solution architecture solution, elaborate cybersecurity guidelines, and define hardware and telecommunication infrastructure requirements.
3. Implementation: include customization of the software, establish IT environments, install Onesait SCADA baseload, configure the system, integrate external applications and configure cybersecurity solutions.
4. Configuration: includes creation of new displays and grid models from imported GIS data.
5. Commissioning: includes develop the rollback plan and migrate the customer operators to the new system.
6. Testing: Includes Point-to-Point testing and P2P testing support, test system integration and functionalities, perform FAT and SAT.
7. Go-Live: includes benchmark system for performance, review and update documentation and handover of the system.
8. Training: includes customization of product manuals, conduct trainings and delivery of on-the-job workshops.
9. Change Management: includes support and development of adoption plans.
10. Project Management: includes project supervision, back-office administration, financial optimization and quality audits.
