Dimensions summary
This contract covers two separate pricing dimensions you configure together. The first is the number of users who access ProView. The second is the amount of storage you provision, measured in gigabytes. These dimensions are independent. You scale each one to match your team size and media volume. Adding more users does not change your storage cost, and adding storage does not change your user cost. Your total reflects the combined quantity you commit to under the contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One user is a person with access to the ProView workspace. Each individual account counts toward your committed user quantity. You assign role-based permissions per user, deciding who can view or manage assets, projects, and tasks. Adding a team member adds one to your user count.
Storage is measured in gigabytes you provision. It holds your media assets managed from ingest to delivery in one place. You commit to a storage quantity under the contract. If your media volume grows, you raise the provisioned amount to match.
Both dimensions bill independently and appear together on your total. User count tends to dominate for large teams with modest media. Storage tends to dominate when you hold high volumes of video assets with a smaller team. You scale each to fit your situation.

Vendor refund policy
All purchases of ProView on AWS Marketplace are non-refundable. As a SaaS product, access is provisioned immediately upon purchase and subscription fees are not eligible for refund once a billing cycle has commenced. Customers are encouraged to evaluate the product through a trial or demo prior to purchase. For billing disputes or exceptional circumstances, please contact us on the helpdesk and our team will review on a case-by-case basis.
