Our ADVISE Offering for IBM Cloud Pak for Data Platform Offering is a fixed priced, fixed scope two (2) week engagement that offers customers: best practices guidance, health check assessment for your OpenShift containerized environment, inspection of “as is” to “to be” architectures for scalability, software assets to lever for efficiency, OpenShift cluster performance fine-tuning for scalability, sizing and/or scaling recommendations based on workload types.
IBM Technology Expert Labs expert consultants will help to augment your technical team to address these challenges which may include inability to identify common issues such as: Temporary connectivity loss; Storage issues; Expanding workloads; Growing services size; Configuration errors; Problems with external dependencies (AWS IaaS & PaaS integrations); Absence of skills to plan for hybrid cloud (e.g., on-premise and AWS) requirements.
Outcomes Desired may include:
(1) Inspection services to determine if CP4D and OpenShift Container Platform is working properly (2) Recommendation to enhance CP4D and OCP cluster performance while conducting scaling at a different level (3) Recommendation for sizing review, architectural guidance, and guide/perform scaling based on workload
