Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This contract covers two pricing dimensions billed by units. The Starter dimension sets your base cost. It bundles ETL that adjusts to your monthly active rows with 1-hour sync, Reverse ETL to one destination, Observability with 50 custom monitors, and the Data Catalog. Your usage scales with data volume and activity. The Overages dimension applies when your usage goes beyond what the contract covers. You pay this additional per-unit rate only for consumption past your committed amount. Together, the dimensions give you a base commitment plus pay-as-you-go headroom for growth.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
ETL cost adjusts based on your monthly active rows. This counts the rows moved through your pipelines each month, with a 1-hour sync frequency. As your data activity grows, the underlying usage rises. This row-based metric drives how much of the ETL portion you consume within the contract.
