What do you like best about the product?

Etleap has truly stood out, though, is in its customer support. From the very first sales conversation through to our current live environment, their support has been outstanding. The team is always available thanks to coverage across international time zones.
Any issues raised via ticket are picked up quickly and actively followed up. It doesn’t feel like you're waiting around or being passed from team to team.

I’d especially like to call out Matt, who has been an absolute credit to the business. He’s worked alongside me from the beginning, helping with setup, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing development. It felt more like working with a helpful colleague than dealing with a vendor. He’s not just reactive — he’s proactive, solutions-focused, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. That kind of service has continued for months post-purchase and wasn’t just a short-term hypercare phase. It speaks volumes about the integrity of Etleap’s support model.

What do you dislike about the product?

I honestly don't have very much to put in this box as my experience has been fantastic.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were right at the start of our BI journey, setting up the infrastructure, setting up pipelines to extract data from all of our sources and then bringing them together to fuel reporting.
We've had a highly positive experience with Etleap so far and would strongly recommend the platform to others, especially those early in their BI or data infrastructure journey.
The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to use, with a clean, well-designed GUI and hundreds of prebuilt connectors available out of the box. For more niche needs, the ability to create custom connectors is also well supported, which has helped us bring in some trickier data sources smoothly.
Technically, the platform has been rock-solid. Our pipelines have run without failure, and the monitoring and alerting features are prompt and reliable. I've never missed a notification, which gives great peace of mind.
In terms of pricing, Etleap offers excellent value for money. Their tiered pricing plans make it flexible to scale over time, and they were incredibly accommodating at the start — giving us ample time and access to test the platform and set up pipelines before any formal commitment. That flexibility made onboarding far less stressful.

What do you like best about the product?

Etleap is an extremely easy to use platform and performs as advertised. The documentation is well organized, the UI is intuitive, and ETL configuration is relatively simple. Great for data teams that want a force multiplier. Additionally, the technical support team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended overall.

I'm looking forward to the Etleap team executing on their development roadmap.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Etleap reduces the business effort required to build and maintain ETL pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?

I highly appreciate the Ease of Use and number of wrangling operations available when parsing different data sources.

The ability to create and monitor DBT schedules are of high importance to us as well.

The team is readily available when issues arise, and we are confident that our data modeling capabilities will continuously be improved in the future with ETLeap's help.

Minor issues regarding some of the pipeline parsing can be improved.

Data movement from source to destination, and orchestration of data modeling schedules.

What do you like best about the product?

The product is simple to use and mostly intuitive making it very easy to implement and integrate new pipelines. The support team are excellent. The development of new connectors as part of the product offering is a huge benefit.

What do you dislike about the product?

Navigating pipelines for a goven connection could be easier to manage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cost of existing pipeline suppliers and requirement to use different tools for different types of integration.

What do you like best about the product?

Etleap zero/no code capabilities helped team to on board new data sets at the pace the company is going. Customer support and their technical support are top notch where we coud get issues resolved. Their platform capabiltiy to install in secure manner and the platform scalablity using technologies like EMR make the product unique in its way.

What do you dislike about the product?

Having additional features to have more visibility to logs helps.

With limited resources supporting enterprise data. Etleap is really a game changer which helped us to scale and support various busienss domains.
