- Operational Asset Management: Covers commercial license inventory, technical asset inventorying, organizational data inventorying, recognition completeness, consumption plausibility, baseline compilation, and software/ hardware contract management. These services ensure accurate license calculations, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Advisory Services: Guidance for a IT Asset Management governance and process landscape, training, and SAM/ HAM optimization measures along the asset lifecycle. Deloitte leverages its expertise to deliver tailored solutions, including compliance risk reduction, contract optimization, taking regulatory obligations into account and aims for cost savings.
- Reporting & Charging Support: Offers KPI-based data quality monitoring, compliance reporting, extended dashboarding, and cross-charging support. These services provide actionable insights and support for decision-making. Additionally, Deloitte provides specialized services such as SAP license management, IBM Client Value Acceleration Program (CVA) and Oracle compliance optimization services, addressing vendor specific challenges. This comprehensive service offering will be delivered using a Deloitte-branded FlexeraOne MSP instance hosted in AWS, ensuring robust and scalable technology as the underlying platform and supported by Deloitte’s AI ready accelerators.
