DevSecOps Maturity Assessment: • Conduct a DevSecOps maturity assessment for customer's AWS cloud environment • Provide a document to identify key areas of opportunity to enable future migrations and recommendations for customer's AWS cloud environment • Apply assessment findings and implement recommendation to customer's AWS marketplace

AMI Image Hardening Design: • Provide a solution architecture document that includes the automation of building, consuming, configuration and updating of AMI's, operational processes, feature/change request workflows • Implement the solution architecture design which may include CI/CD virtual pipelines, monitoring, logging and/or alerting of AWS AMI image hardening components/infrastructure • Facilitate knowledge transfer activities to customer's architecture and/or operations teams

Workload Assessment: • Provide workload/application assessment for migration framework focused on application classification model based on criticality, usage, data classification • Guidance on overall application and workload migration methodology based on existing customer data • 1-2 application assessments applying the migration
