TracBrand is brand protection software for teams who have to remove
infringement, not just monitor it. It sweeps marketplaces, six social networks,
video, app stores and the open web for counterfeits, impersonation, logo misuse,
piracy, gray-market selling and lookalike domains, judging every candidate
against your own logo and registered marks with a multimodal vision model. What
reaches your queue is a case with evidence attached, and a platform-correct
takedown notice drafted for approval, then chased until the platform responds.
TracBrand is built by 1stRound AI in Coimbatore, India.
1stRound AI builds brand protection software for teams who have to remove
infringement, not just monitor it. Our platform, TracBrand, sweeps online
marketplaces, six social networks, video, app stores and the open web for
counterfeits, impersonation, logo misuse, piracy, gray-market selling and
lookalike domains, then judges every candidate against the customer's own logo
and registered marks using a multimodal vision model before a person ever sees it.
What reaches the review queue is a case with its evidence already attached: a
confidence score, an infringement class, a risk level and a written rationale,
captured at the moment of detection rather than reconstructed later. Confirmed
cases produce a takedown notice in the format the receiving platform expects,
citing the customer's own trademark filings. Nothing is sent until a person with
the right role approves it, and unanswered notices are chased automatically until
the platform responds.
TracBrand is organisation-scoped and role-based, with a complete audit trail
across authentication, brand changes, case decisions and takedown approvals.

Highlights
Brand protection across ten surfaces, swept unattended - online marketplaces,
six social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube), the
Apple App Store, Google Play and the open web. Six external exposure feeds run
alongside them, including certificate transparency and live phishing data, which
surface lookalike domains at the moment a certificate is issued, often days
before a phishing page goes live. Sweep cadence is set per brand, from every
five minutes to weekly.
Every candidate is judged before it reaches a person. A multimodal vision model
compares each listing, profile, app icon or website against your own logo and
registered marks, returning a 0 to 100 confidence score, one of six infringement
classes - counterfeit, impersonation, logo misuse, piracy, gray market or domain
squat - a risk level and a written rationale. Anything below your threshold is
filed as cleared and never reviewed twice, so the queue you work is decisions,
not alerts.
Takedown notices are drafted in the format each platform expects, for Amazon,
eBay, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, citing the trademark evidence
read out of the filings you upload. Nothing is sent until a user with the right
role approves it, and unanswered notices are chased automatically on a fixed
cadence. Organisation-scoped tenancy, five role types and a complete audit trail
across every case decision and notice approval.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Brand protection for a single brand, swept weekly, with all three monitoring pillars enabled, social media, app stores and domains plus sub-brands and product lines. Adds seller cluster analysis, which links findings sharing sellers, domains, handles or infrastructure so you enforce against an operation rather than one listing at a time. Includes AI verification against your registered marks, six-class infringement scoring, the IP document vault, takedown drafting with automated follow-up, five user roles and the complete audit trail. Assisted onboarding and priority email support. No per-notice charges.

Enterprise - up to 5 brands, twice-weekly sweeps
Brand protection for up to five brands, swept twice a week, with all three monitoring pillars tuned per brand. Includes everything in Pro, plus per-brand tuning of detection surfaces, keywords, allowlists and confidence thresholds across the portfolio. Organisation-scoped tenancy, five role types and a complete audit trail across authentication, brand changes, case decisions, escalations and notice approvals. Dedicated onboarding and a named support contact. No per-notice, per-takedown or analyst-hour charges.
You buy TracBrand as a contract priced per portfolio, not per takedown or analyst hour. The two options scale by brand count and sweep frequency. Pro protects a single brand with weekly sweeps. Enterprise protects up to five brands with twice-weekly sweeps and adds per-brand tuning of detection surfaces, keywords, allowlists and confidence thresholds. Enterprise includes everything in Pro plus organisation-scoped tenancy and a named support contact, where Pro offers assisted onboarding and priority email support. Both enable all three monitoring pillars, and neither charges per notice or takedown.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one brand for billing, and do sub-brands or product lines count separately?
Each registered brand carries its own assets, name lists, document vault, schedule and case queue. Sub-brands and product lines count towards your portfolio total. So a parent brand with several product lines uses more of your brand allowance than a single standalone brand would.
What happens to my cost if I add a brand during the contract term?
Adding a brand widens detection immediately, with no re-implementation or new onboarding project. Commercially it is a straightforward adjustment to your portfolio count at the next billing period. Note the Enterprise option covers up to five brands, so added brands must stay within that count.
Will I face extra charges during a busy period with many takedowns or heavy activity?
No. The platform does not meter notices, so there is no per-notice or per-removal charge and no surge pricing during peak season. Drafting, sending and follow-up are part of the platform. There are also no analyst-hour charges, since you operate the software yourself rather than buying managed service time.
