Overview
InfraOps for AWS Cloud is an Orión’s service that uses Infrastructure as code (IaC), a practice that enables the management and provisioning of infrastructure through code rather than manual labor, benefiting the customer with agility in infrastructure operations, process optimization and security.
This is a two-stage service. The first one is the Discovery stage, which is an assessment of the customer current infrastructure stage on AWS Cloud, along with the delivery of a IaC maturity level and a strategic roadmap for the adoption of it. The second stage is the Accelerator. At this stage the roadmap is implemented and the IaC strategy is adopted with the creation of IaC templates for daily operations, disaster recovery and/or applications. Also, a Git implementation and trainings are done at this stage.
Once InfraOps service is implemented, you will gain operational process optimization, error reduction (by creating homogeneous and consistent environments), increased operational efficiency by automating administrative tasks, scalability, enhanced employee experience, hardened servers and DR strategy.
