Our analysis provides a well-constructed directional sense of cloud estate financial health and tangible actions for cost savings. At the end of the engagement, your organization will have a comprehensive report including the processes and actions taken, an allocation analysis describing areas of cloud spend, tag coverage report that can be used to assess opportunities to progress cloud maturity, and a prioritized list of immediate cost-savings opportunities with the logic behind the recommendations.
