HelpE products make use of a variety of technologies for processing and understanding language, along with activating artificial intelligence and answering around the clock, in a variety of languages, to improve the customer service experience. The company's products interface with the customer's systems, and enable a full response to the customer and complete documentation in the client's systems for performing the various operations (opening payment reading, making an appointment with a representative, etc.)

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions

Deploy the image on an Amazon Linux machine with instance type of c5xlarge.

During the instance creation make sure that the security group has port 80 open.

Please make sure that the machine is used in your internal network and that its not accessible from the internet.

To access HelpE Virtual Agents web application open any browser and enter the machines IP address for example http_Instance_IP.

In order to access the system for the first time youll be required to enter a new secured password as followed:
- Press on the "reset password" button.
- Enter the following details
- Username: "admin"
- Current password: keep empty
- New password: your new password
- Password verification: repeat your new password

You will now be logged-in and you can now using HelpE's portal.
