You buy the Pokee AI Agent through monthly credit packs, where credits are the consumption unit the system spends as agents run tasks. Three active packs scale by credit volume: the Small Pack includes 80,000 monthly credits for about 10 e-commerce reports, the Medium Pack includes 400,000 credits for about 50 reports, and the Large Pack includes 800,000 credits for about 100 reports. Choose the pack based on how many reports or workflows you expect to run each month. A deprecated pokee credit unit also appears but is no longer the current buying option.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me handle multi-step tasks without having to do everything manually. It understands the overall goal, then breaks it down into smaller tasks and works across different tools and applications to get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI agent needs more guidance when dealing with a complex task, and the result depends on how clearly the task is explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reduce the manual work involved in research and in completing repetitive tasks. It saves a lot of time, which is very important for any user.

What do you like best about the product?
Pokee AI is especially helpful when a certain operation takes more than one step in different applications. Without having to transfer information manually from one application to another, I can define the expected output and let the agent take care of planning of the process, using connected applications and delivering an output. It is especially helpful in the area of reporting, researching, follow-ups, and other administrative activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The agent's independent execution means that its results have to be verified prior to executing any important actions. In case there is sensitive information of the company and the work performed by the agent changes something in another system, there should be verification points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is a reduction of coordination costs. I would not have to open several applications and transfer the information manually; rather, I would be able to use one agent to perform a multi-step operation. Scheduled tasks would be especially helpful for the regular reporting and operational follow-ups that could be forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pokee AI makes it pretty easy to get started without spending a lot of time figuring things out. The interface feels straightforward, and I can usually get what I need without too much tweaking. It’s also quite convinient when I’m working on something quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the results can be a little inconsistent, so I sometimes have to try the same thing a few times to get the result I want. I’d also like to have more control over certain details instead of relying on the AI to make those choices for me. A few parts of the workflow feel slightly clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pokee AI helps reduce the amount of time I spend on repetitive tasks and gives me a quicker starting point when I’m not sure how to approach something. Instead of doing everything manually, I can use it to get a first version and then make my own changes. That makes my overall workflow more efficent.

What do you like best about the product?
Pokee AI is appealing in terms of its capabilities to be used for data engineering tasks as it can go beyond answering questions and perform complex workflows. I can formulate my goal related to data and get a series of actions performed by the agent. It plans necessary steps, uses tools which are connected with each other, analyzes the data and generates a final output.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a part of autonomous execution, there is a need to examine what the agent has done in case I want to accept the result, especially if it changes data, performs operations using scripts or works with systems related to production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is that there is no necessity to coordinate activities between various tools. I don’t have to look for information, process the file, write scripts and generate the final output. I can simply state what I want to receive and leave the agent to perform all those activities.
