- Multi-tenant and multi-app Socrate Business Services is built on a multi-tenant architecture, a common feature in large business applications. Data is always isolated for any given tenant. Application-level isolation is also provided in order to accommodate the development of application suites.

Dimensions summary
You pay only for what you use across seven independent metered dimensions. Each dimension bills on its own unit and runs separately. e-Invoices bill per invoice sent or received. Email bills per message sent or received. e-Transport bills per shipment. e-SAFT bills per CSV file line processed. Locations bills per address validation or correction. VAT-Info bills per VAT number check. Storage bills per MB occupied each month, with a 128 KB minimum billable object size. You can activate only the services you need, and costs scale with your actual activity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
e-SAFT bills per CSV file line of a successfully processed SAF-T computation. Only lines from a successful computation count. The service pulls accounting data, maps it to the required format, validates it, and generates the XML declaration. Large reporting periods produce more CSV lines, so cost scales with transaction volume.
Storage bills per MB occupied each month. The minimum billable object size is 128 KB, so any file smaller than that is still billed as 128 KB. Signed XML files and archived documents are stored across three geographic regions for audit and compliance, and these stored files count toward your monthly storage usage.
Each dimension bills independently on its own unit and appears on the same invoice. High invoice or email volume drives cost through the per-item e-Invoices and Email dimensions. Heavy SAF-T reporting drives cost through per-CSV-line e-SAFT charges. Storage adds a recurring monthly charge based on retained files. Your usage mix decides which dominates.
