Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You pick one of three seat-based plans, billed per user: Team Plan, Professional Plan, or Enterprise Plan. Each plan sets higher limits for records, file storage, and included capabilities as you move up. You pay only for users with edit permissions; read-only users, commenters, and form submitters are free. Three usage add-ons let you extend your plan beyond its included allowances: Additional Automation Runs, Additional API Calls, and Additional File Storage. You add these as needed when you approach or exceed your plan's limits, so pricing scales with both team size and usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You are billed only for users with edit permissions. Read-only users, commenters, and people submitting forms are free. Charges are prorated, so edit users added partway through the month are charged only for the days after they were added.
You keep using your solutions and your data stays. For records and attachments, you cannot add more until you upgrade. For automations and API usage, you are capped at your plan's limit. The three add-on dimensions let you extend automation runs, API calls, and file storage as needed.
Your per-seat plan fee is the base charge, driven by the number of edit users. The three add-ons bill separately when you extend automation runs, API calls, or file storage past your plan's included allowances. Both appear together, so seat count usually drives most of the cost.
