This listing has one pricing dimension: Premium Government SaaS Support, billed in units under a contract. You buy the number of units your agency needs, so cost scales with the quantity you select. The product is delivered as a fully managed service, with subscription terms typically lasting at least one year. Subscription fees are due in advance, and licenses are not pro-rated. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from here. Multi-year commitments may be arranged through your order documents.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Premium Government SaaS Support represent for billing?
A unit reflects licensed use of the managed correspondence service under a support subscription. You buy the number of units your agency needs, and cost scales with quantity. Offerings use complexity-based licensing units and support blocks. Confirm the exact unit count for your scope with the vendor before ordering.
What happens to my cost if I cancel or stop using the service mid-term?
You still pay for the full subscription term. Licenses are not pro-rated, so partial-year use does not reduce fees. Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except where the vendor fails SLA obligations or a refund is required by law. Early termination may add fees.
What service availability does the support subscription commit to?
The vendor commits to at least 99.95% monthly uptime for in-scope managed services. If uptime falls to 95.0%-99.94%, you may claim a service credit of 5% of the monthly fee; below 95.0%, 10%. Credits are the sole remedy and must be requested within 30 days.
