    Traverse from Northwoods is cloud-based, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software powered by AWS that's purpose-built for human services agencies. Traverse provides document management and forms management in addition to mobility, case discovery, and a portal.

    Highlights

    • Caseworkers collect, view, and share case content from anywhere. Traverse creates an organized, easily accessible electronic case file using safe and secure cloud-based storage.
    • Case discovery uses natural language processing and machine learning to read and analyze the entire case file like a human would. Traverse presents additional people found in the case and visual timelines of major life events, allowing caseworkers to understand a child's whole story in an easily digestible view.
    • Traverse Connect is our secure portal built for engaging clients, providers, and anyone outside of the agency who has a stake in the case. It simplifies collaboration and significantly reduces the time it takes to exchange information.
