Scope Boundaries and Prerequisites
Prerequisites: Organisations should have an existing PingOne tenant or be prepared to provision one, along with AWS account access for integration configuration. Organisations using Microsoft Entra External ID should have their tenant provisioned prior to engagement.
Exclusions: Custom application development, third-party integrations beyond PingOne and supported AWS services, production go-live support beyond the defined engagement period, and ongoing managed operations (available separately through Trevonix Managed Identity Operations).
Typical Duration: Engagements typically follow a phased delivery over 4-8 weeks depending on complexity and integration requirements.
