The Lifter: AI-Led Unified Testing Platform for Faster Releases

Test Lifter applies AI-driven test generation, impact-based regression and self-healing capabilities to validate modernisation outcomes against real system behaviour. It is a multi-agent platform for Quality Engineering, where Agents orchestrate across the different layers of the release cycle. These Agents are independent though integrated.

Requirement analysis:

• Requirement Insight Agent - Converts raw business inputs, codebases and requirement changes into structured requirements and user stories ready for test design

• Code Intelligence Agent - Analyses existing code to generate accurate user stories, giving undocumented or legacy systems a written requirements trail

• Requirement Quality Agent - Reviews approved requirements and user stories to identify gaps, ambiguities and missing details before test design

• Test Plan and Strategy Agent - Builds a complete test plan and strategy document straight from a project’s scope and input details

Test case design:

• Component Discovery Agent - Derives component capabilities directly from UI screens, images and recorded videos, mapping even undocumented systems into testable parts

• Test Design Agent - Generates functional, negative and edge test cases directly from approved requirements and user stories for new requirements and inline with any Change Requests with gap analysis

• Test Optimization Agent - Scans the suite for duplicate or overlapping test cases, trimming redundancy before automation scripts are generated

• Test Knowledge Agent - Updates existing test cases based on execution feedback, keeping the suite aligned with how the application actually behaves

Automation script design:

• Automation Script Generator Agent - Converts test cases into automation scripts across Selenium, Playwright, Appium and Tosca, migrating suites between them without a rewrite

• Automation Maintenance Agent - Identifies obsolete or impacted automation scripts after code changes, flagging what needs updating before the next run

• Script Migration Agent - Migrates existing automation suites to modern frameworks like Playwright, with direct portability into Test Lifter itself

Test execution:

• Impact Analysis Agent - Flags impacted and high-risk areas from recent code or configuration changes before test execution

• Execution Orchestration Agent - Schedules, triggers and manages automated suite execution across environments, pipelines and release windows in alignment with your CI/CD cadence

• Self-Heal Agent - Detects UI and locator changes during execution and repairs broken automation scripts without manual intervention

• Execution Recovery Agent - Takes corrective action on failed runs, from reruns to environment stabilisation, without waiting on a human trigger

• Auto Bug Logging Agent - Logs defects the moment a failure occurs, attaching execution evidence so triage starts with full context

• Confidence Scorer Agent - Calculates actual coverage of critical business logic that can serve as a go / no-go exit criteria
