Reduce manual reviews and costly mistakes across pricing, orders, and refunds. Check agent proposals against your policies, route exceptions for approval, and keep a signed decision record.

    Overview

    Play video

Your agents already draft price changes, accept orders, approve refunds and plan promotions. Commerce Gate is the one question they ask first: is this allowed under our policy? It answers in plain words; allow, or hold with the reason; and writes a signed record of every answer to your Decision Ledger.

It checks seven kinds of action: a price change, a stock change, accepting an order, a fulfillment step, a promotion change, a refund, and a return. The check uses your numbers ; cost of goods, the marketplace's referral fee, your margin floor, your refund limits; so an agent cannot reprice an item below cost or refund more than you allow without a person seeing it first.

A hold is never released by an agent. It goes to the approvers you name, who answer from their phone or an email link; every tier must agree within your window, and the release is recorded with evidence the agent can read back.

Agents can also read what Shadow Mode would have held recently and why, so you can see an agent's judgement before you trust it with more.

Runs beside your agent as a small local process; connects to your Commerce Gate workspace with a key you issue and can revoke. Commerce Gate never accepts, ships, cancels, refunds, reprices or changes stock on Amazon or any other channel; it evaluates, records, and asks people.

    Highlights

    • Order Guard: Before your agent releases or ships an order, it asks Commerce Gate. The order is judged against your margin floor with the referral fee counted; a loser is held with the reason, and the agent gets a signed record either way.
    • Commerce Evaluator: Your agent can read what Shadow Mode would have held; near misses, policy mismatches, order value reviewed; and summarize it for you. Start in Shadow Mode and turn enforcement on when the judgement earns it.
    • Human Approvals: An agent can ask; only a person can release. Held actions go to the approvers you name, who answer from a phone or an email link within your window, and the answer is recorded with evidence the agent reads back.

    Dimensions summary

This listing offers one pricing dimension: an Enterprise workspace. You get a single workspace that governs execution across the workflows you configure during the contract term. The workspace itself is the billed unit under a Free pricing model. Governed decisions are metered separately, so your usage of the gating function is tracked apart from the workspace. A governed decision is one check the system evaluates before an action runs, returning allow, block, or escalate. There are no additional tiers or instance sizes to select — you configure your workflows within the one workspace.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

A governed decision is one check the system evaluates before an action runs. You send the intended action, and the system returns ALLOW, ESCALATE, or BLOCK. Each result is metered the same way, and every evaluation records a signed decision record. All three outcomes count equally toward your usage.
You keep one workspace regardless of how many workflows you configure. Adding workflows does not create new billed units. Instead, cost tracks the governed decisions those workflows generate, since decisions are metered separately from the workspace. More active workflows typically mean more decisions evaluated.
Shadow Mode evaluates real traffic and records what policy would allow, hold, or block without stopping anything. Each evaluation still produces a signed decision record. Because governed decisions are metered separately, evaluations recorded in Shadow Mode are tracked the same way as enforced decisions.

    Vendor refund policy

Contract fees are refundable in full if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase and the workspace has not activated enforcement or recorded governed decisions. After that, contract fees are non-refundable, including renewals and unused term. Metered usage (governed decisions) is billed as incurred and is non-refundable. Refunds are issued only through AWS Marketplace. Email support@decionis.com  with your AWS account ID and agreement ID; we respond within one business day.

    • Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
    Container image

Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.

    Version release notes

Initial AgentOps MCP Server delivery for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime. ARM64 container with streamable HTTP at /mcp and a /ping health endpoint. Configure DECIONIS_API_KEY and DECIONIS_ORG_ID at launch; DECIONIS_API_BASE is optional. The container is free on AWS Marketplace; service usage is billed through the AgentSaaS subscription.

    Additional details

    Usage instructions

    1. Subscribe to AgentSaaS and complete its setup at https://commerce.decionis.com/aws/activate . Obtain your workspace API key and organization ID from the Commerce dashboard.
    2. Deploy this ARM64 AgentOps container to Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime with the MCP protocol. It listens on 0.0.0.0:8000, serves MCP at /mcp, and exposes /ping for health checks.
    3. Supply DECIONIS_API_KEY and DECIONIS_ORG_ID as runtime environment variables. Keep the API key secret. Optionally set DECIONIS_API_BASE; the default is https://api.decionis.com . No credentials are included in the image. For local configuration, use an agentops.env file; Bedrock launch configuration requires the environment variables themselves.
    4. Connect your client through the authenticated AgentCore runtime endpoint and use commercegate_describe_capabilities to check configuration. Tenant-scoped calls require both credentials. Start in shadow mode and configure enforcement through your Decionis workspace policy. AgentOps evaluates and records proposals; it does not execute commerce actions. A policy result does not grant permission to execute. Service usage is billed through the AgentSaaS subscription. AWS runtime charges are separate.
