Each option is priced by user count, so you choose the tier that matches your team size. Every person accessing a workspace requires one license. The tiers share the same platform capabilities and scale purely by how many users you support, letting you pick based on team size and the level of project oversight and governance you require.

Each person who accesses a workspace requires one license, which equals one user in your purchased tier. This includes clients you invite using a purchased license. You can limit invited users to only the specific projects they need, but each still uses one license.
You can move to a tier that supports more users, such as from 20 to 50 or 50 to 100 Enterprise Users. Each tier caps the number of licensed people in your workspace, so you select the option that matches your current team size.

Vendor refund policy
Get Early subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected term. Refunds are not typically offered once access to the platform is granted. Exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical access failures.
Enterprise and custom contracts follow the terms of their individual agreements.
Refunds must be requested directly through your AWS Marketplace account.
For refund assistance, contact itsupport@getearly.com within 14 days of the charge.
