IFTI-GEISR AMI implementation

This is a service to support deployment of IFTI-GEISR genomics analysis AMIs and tools within an AWS customer's IT infrastructure. If necessary, this would include contracted services to analyze specific public and de-identified genomic datasets and NGS (Fastq, BAM) files. Additionally, Fastq and BAM files can be remapped to recent (hg38, t2t-chm13) human genome reference datasets. In the case of repackaged open-source software, custom pipelines would be made accessible to address a data retrieval / analysis problem. Consulting services include development of automated systems to retrieve public information through installed packages, such as those that access cBioportal, GEO, or TCGA. Consulting for design of systems to address a particular genomics analysis problem are also offered within this framework.
