Cloud Observability and Alerting Platform is an AWS-based service that helps organizations monitor cloud environments, detect incidents early, and improve operational visibility across infrastructure and applications. The solution combines metric collection, alerting, optional dashboards, log processing, and extensible integrations into a practical monitoring platform that can support one or multiple AWS environments.

Built on proven open-source components and delivered with ready-to-use automation, the service enables customers to implement comprehensive monitoring quickly, reduce operational risk, and improve both reactive and proactive operations.

Our solution provides a ready-to-deploy monitoring platform for AWS environments, designed to support both infrastructure-level and service-level observability across dynamic cloud workloads:

• Metric Collection and Processing: Collection and processing of monitoring data across infrastructure and services, from low-level technical metrics up to higher-level service indicators.
• Alert Generation and Notification: Alerting based on predefined and continuously maintained rules, with notifications delivered through multiple communication channels.
• Extensible Exporter-Based Architecture: Built-in exporters for commonly monitored services, with the ability to add project-specific exporters where required.
• Optional Dashboards and Visualization: Visualization of collected data through Grafana dashboards for operations teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Optional Log Collection and Processing: Centralized log storage, processing, and analysis using an Elastic / OpenSearch-based log stack.
• Optional Support for Non-Scrapable Workloads: Support for collecting metrics from batch jobs and short-lived tasks via Pushgateway.
• Optional Core Web Vitals Monitoring: Tracking of user-facing website performance and quality indicators.
• Federated Monitoring: Ability to federate metrics from additional Prometheus instances and integrate data from multiple monitored environments into a single monitoring cluster.

The platform is deployed using a ready-made Terraform module for new or existing AWS environments and leverages:
