Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Windingflow uses a single pricing dimension based on Order Items. You buy under a contract and pay according to the number of order items processed. Pricing scales with your order volume, so your cost tracks the amount of order activity you run through the platform. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. This one usage-based unit keeps the pricing structure simple: as your order items increase, your billed quantity increases in proportion.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Order Item for billing?
An Order Item is a single line entry within an order processed through the platform. Orders with several products count each product line separately. Your billed quantity reflects the total number of these line items running through the system, not the number of orders themselves.
How does my cost change as my order volume grows?
You pay by Order Items under a contract, so billed quantity rises in proportion to the line items you process. As order activity increases, your billed count increases directly. Lower order activity means fewer billed items. Cost tracks actual order-item volume run through the platform.
Which supply chain functions does the Order Items unit cover?
The platform handles order management, supplier collaboration, and fulfillment coordination across warehouses and channels. It supports distributed order management and automated order processing. Billing meters the order items processed through these functions rather than charging separately for each module or feature.
