A platform, application, or AI initiative earns its return through the work people do with it. MyDataWork connects that work to business use cases, supporting assets, stakeholders, and recorded outcomes, giving teams a practical basis for planning, reviews, and investment decisions.
Catalog the work behind your data. Connect Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, GitHub, dbt Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Looker, ThoughtSpot and Dataiku, or use the Windows Connector for local files. Organize asset metadata such as names, tool types, structural schema and references in one workspace.
Frame work as use cases with purpose and value. Link supporting assets, name stakeholders, record objectives, and distinguish estimated value from recorded realized value. Keep the business context available as the work develops, then communicate selected use cases through Portfolio exports.
Examine relationships before making changes. Lineage shows recorded relationships and their types, including external references not yet cataloged in your workspace. Review the evidence to distinguish shared sources from dependencies and investigate the work a proposed change may affect.
Start from a plan. Six Solution Packs create editable starter use cases for FP&A modernization, Power BI portfolio rationalization, agentic readiness, consulting discovery, Alteryx modernization and value realization. You can also explore with demo data before connecting your own work.
Make work context available to approved AI agents. Agent Access exposes selected workspace context over the Model Context Protocol. Access is opt-in per use case, scoped per key, and read-only. It includes use-case, asset and lineage structure, plus descriptions and objectives your team has written. It does not provide file contents or values from connected sources. Agent Studio helps design a workflow; it does not run it.
Included for Teams: a fixed 20-user annual contract, up to 25,000 cataloged assets, 9,000 monthly AI credits pooled across the workspace, all twelve cloud connectors, unlimited Solution Packs and priority support. The credit pool refreshes on the 1st of each calendar month at midnight UTC. Unused credits do not carry over. Subscription and billing are managed in AWS. The subscription, its term and renewal, and payment are handled through AWS Marketplace and your AWS bill. Inside MyDataWork, an admin manages the members and roles within your 20 seats.

Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One AI credit is drawn per AI action. Use case proposals cost 1 credit each. AI recommendations, leverage analysis modes, the assistant, and the Workspace Agent also draw credits. The Workspace Agent gives two free attempts, then charges 1 credit per finding, capped at 8 per run. Solution Packs and Initiatives cost no credits.
AI features pause until credits reset, while non-AI features stay available. You can buy additional credits anytime from the billing page. Purchased credits sit in a shared workspace pool that any member draws from once their allowance is used up. Only an admin can buy them, and they carry over until used.
No. Agent reads and exports draw on a separate daily allowance, not your AI credits. The credit pool that powers the chatbot, leverage analyses, and recommendations is never touched by agent activity. Cataloging MCP sources in Agent Studio also uses no credits; only its optional AI draft costs one credit per run.

Cancel anytime from your AWS Marketplace subscriptions console; access continues through the paid term.

Messages received after 5:00 pm US Central are answered the next business day. A reply confirms your case is with a person and sets out next steps; time to full resolution depends on the issue. Extensive product documentation and an in-app chat assistant aware of your estate are available at any time from within the application.
